In a city with many outdated hotels, Urban Bay was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we even received an upgrade upon arrival, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I’d totally recommend it.

It looks exactly like on the pictures and beyond our expectations!!!! The bar-restaurant is open all day and you can eat international food (perfect for children) and take drinks all day in your room, in the restaurant or at the beach, you choose! The service is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. The interior is modern and fresh. The room is clean with a breathtaking view. The breakfast is great too. A sun chair is included. There is a free parking for the hotel. A real paradise spot in Palio!!!! Highly recommended!

Great hotel in the center of the city. Our room had a superb view from the balcony over the sea and the promenade. The beds were comfy, bathroom - spacious and the bathub surprisingly sizeable. I think what we liked the most was the restaurant on the top floor - the breakfast buffet and the view were amazing.
