We had to find a quick solution due to cancelled flight at short notice-close to the airport. This apartment was 15mins journey and we found a spotlessly clean modern room waiting for us within the hour. The owner arrived to ensure everything was in order and explained how the air con, entry system and tv worked etc. He was so helpful and welcoming . it was very well equipped with coffee machine and fridge where water and soft drinks were proved. The linens and towels were great quality and the beds comfy and large. It was located on the coast road with the sea metres from the door and a Sandy beach a 5 min walk away. The area was fairly low key but several tavernas and cafe bars were nearby as well as a convenience groceries store. It was a bonus to find this great place after a disappointing airline experience

Easily the best property we've ever stayed in. The place is exceptional, the photos barely do it justice, and the staff are outstanding. We stayed in the huge honeymoon suite and had the best time. Can't recommend it enough.

This is a touristic part of Crete, with a very clean beach and many similar hotels. It is practical to reach all the touristic targets that are near Heraklion. 25 minutes from the airport by car, but you do not hear the planes. Many restaurants, bars, and shops are in the neighborhood. The hotel rooms are of solid quality, practical and clean. View on the sea is beautiful. The hotel is on the sandy beach, you do not need to walk, very practcla for a family with small children. Private pool and baby pool are also available. We were a family of five, the last guests at the end of the season (end of October), and the owners did their best to provide us full service. They gave us a different breakfast every morning, and we did not have to feel that they were staying only for us. Owners are also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel appartment is very nice and clean! We had an appartment with a double bed and a single bed and a big terrace with 2 sunbeds. The beds and pillows are very comfi. We slept really good. The balcony had double doors with noise protection, so we did not hear the music outside, during the night (because the hotel faces a nice club, with swimming pool and disco). Mr Lambros, the owner is very nice and client oriented. He helped us with the airport transfer.

The people working at Momi Slow Living are a true joy to be around. This team is made up of the most heartwarming, kind individuals who do their best to make sure you’re enjoying your stay. They really let you unwind and live slow while enjoying good food and being able to relax. When it comes to the food, I feel like there was definitely something for every type of eater.     My family and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Anissaras, Crete, and it was an absolutely enchanting experience. This hidden gem on the northern coast of Crete boasts pristine beaches, stunning landscapes, and an authentic Cretan charm that left us captivated. The crystal-clear waters and powdery sands of Anissaras Beach offered the perfect setting for a relaxing day with the family. Our children thoroughly enjoyed splashing in the gentle waves, while my spouse and I relished the opportunity to soak up the Mediterranean sun and admire the breathtaking views. Exploring the charming village of Anissaras was a delightful experience, as we wandered the winding streets, discovering local shops and tavernas offering delicious Cretan cuisine. The warm and welcoming nature of the locals added a special touch to our stay, making us feel right at home in this picturesque corner of Crete. The surrounding area of Anissaras also offered numerous opportunities for outdoor adventures. We ventured out on a family hike through the nearby hills, marveling at the diverse flora and fauna unique to the region. The panoramic views from the higher vantage points were simply awe-inspiring. In conclusion, our trip to Anissaras, Crete, was a magical family experience that we will treasure for years to come. The idyllic beaches, friendly locals, and stunning natural beauty made it a perfect destination for creating lasting memories. We wholeheartedly recommend Anissaras for a truly unforgettable Cretan adventure.
