Armenistis is a lovely place to stay but if you want to see...
Armenistis is a lovely place to stay but if you want to see the best parts of the island you really need a car. I didn't have one and felt that I didn't see more than the beach. The seasonal bus had stopped running so I wasn't able to go very far which was quite frustrating. In my opinion the rooms are vintage. They are clean, equipped with A/C, fridge and shutter. The pool seemed to be well maintained (I didn't use it tho). The breakfast was always fresh. The staff is kind and helpful. Nice restaurants are within reach, and there is a good cafe just in couple of meters up the street. The place is clean and spacious, including a small kitchen. Bed is comfy, but what is really special is sleeping to the sound of the waves. The owner is friendly.
