You always need to go there either with a car, or rent an...
You always need to go there either with a car, or rent an ATV/buggy. There is a shop closeby with very good prices, though not much diversity. 10 minutes with a car you have Potos (or w/e the name). It's a city, where you can rent a boat, go to a supermarket, buy gyros etc. There are amazing beaches 5-10 minutes (with a car) away. Just check on google maps/apple maps etc. If you are going to Thassos you NEED a vehicle. There are no sidewalks, and the distances may not seem far, but it's a very rough terrain.Guest review bykalo22Bulgaria - 10.0

perfect place in Thassos. easier to get there on the west side of the island not on East. great places to visit - close to Theologos, kastro, Giola. easy to access the mountains using the Buggy or other small cars rented in the center of Potos. nice time at the end of August beginning od September. eat on Poseidon - great value quality vs money, eat in Iatrou (theologos) great service , great food nice view. eat on the beach at San Antonio in the evening - great view, nice service. enjoy Astris - one of the best areas in ThassosGuest review byPatriciaRomania

The garden is wonderfully well-kept, flowers everywhere, olive trees everywhere, the environment is incredibly peaceful. We took our breakfast items and had breakfast in our üçte balcony in the morning, everything in the kitchen was sufficient. There is a lovely small beach only 5 min. walking distance from the place. Our studio had a lovely balcony and nice little kitchen. The host is very friendly, kind and fun!
