Fantastic location, very clean and spacious. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very generous host who had fruit and sweets waiting for us as well as milk water and juices in the fridge-hospitality first get better than this. Beach umbrellas were also made available ☺️

The host is very kind and lovely lady ! She gave us the best advices for places to visit and eat that made our stay unforgettable ! Thw property is very lovely and clean , quiet and 5 mins walking to the center. The sea view is beautiful and charming !

Very nice location in Agia Efimia, close to the best beaches in KEFALONIA! Nice hotel, two balconies for our apartment, overlooking the see! They also had a beautifull pool with mountain view, that was wonderful to swim in the evening! The apartment is a good size, also you have a small kitchen with a fridge and everything you need!

was big room with (small) fully functional kitchen and lots of accessories like toaster, toastie maker, hob, big fridge/freezer. Clean nice bath room with nice shower. Lovely host who was really kind and helpful and available to us at any time. Really good air conditioning. Lots of nice restaurants very close and supermarket directly opposite. 15 min journey to Sami port and lots of taxi drivers available.

    It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm.

    It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm. Great restaurants and lovely beach for snorkelling on the way to Paradise Restaurant. Sea crystal clear and warm. We visited here 34 years ago and yes it has changed but not too much and did not disappoint. Could have stayed for months! The locals were very welcoming. Can't wait to return.

    I made a lot of research before choosing where to stay in Kefalonia. I think it it the best location. the distances to the main beaches are short. it is absolutely amazing the entire island. family and pet friendly. amazing small beaches as well. good food.

    Ayia Evfimia is a small port town.

    Ayia Evfimia is a small port town. It has some lovely little beaches which offer good snorkelling. The bars and restaurants are good quality and the people very friendly. It was pleasant to walk along the sea front in the evenings. It's a good base to visit other beaches and towns (you need a car). I managed to find a quiet road to run in the early morning, but it's all uphill!

    Wonderfully furnished property, providing everything you...

    Wonderfully furnished property, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. Offers peace and comfort away from crowded places. Almost daily we visited the nearby traditional tavernas, offering delicious, local cuisine. Probably is good to be with own or rented car in order to be more flexible in transport over the island.

    We liked that it was close to Myrtos beach and also...

    We liked that it was close to Myrtos beach and also Antisamos beach. What we did not lile was the neighborhood since it was too quiet at night. Next time we would prefer somewhere in Fiskardo, Argostoli or around Argostoli.

    Lovely little resort. Just what we were looking for. Small and fairly quiet but lots of lovely restaurants and a few bars. Not too busy. Perfect for us. The only down side was the nearest beaches were very small and not really great. We had to go into Sami twice to find a good beach with sunbeds.

    Beautiful setting with fantastic sea views from the front appartments. ( See view is a must) Extremely friendly and accommodating owners. The appartment was spacious and cleaned daily. The property is on a steep hill and there were 30 steps up to our third floor appartment. There is a lift in the main block but not in the two annexes. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Agia Efimia is a wonderful little village with a number of quality restaurants within a short walking distance of the property.

    We travelled in the beginning of October, so pretty much at the end of the season. At this time of the year Agia Efimia is a quiet, super relaxing place with couple of very nice beaches, good and not expensive restaurants, picturesque marina. The accommodation was super comfortable, clean, spacious, perfect location with sea view, friendly owners, absolutely quiet, very well and nicely equipped overall. I totally recommend it!

    Loved the location it was just 5 minutes away from the gorgeous Agia Efimia harbour and the views from the pool area were breathtaking! The little bar at the pool area was a nice addition too even though there was no issues bringing your own drinks. Also there was a little beach next to the cemetery just a couple minutes away that was amazing for a swim in the crystal clear waters.

    Our first stay in Kefalonia and exceeded expectations. Ayia Efimia is a lovely place to stay. The owners of Fortini Apartments were great and very welcoming. Cats were so cute and had the best time! Hill to the apartments was steep but definitely doable driving and on foot.
