I recommend this accommodation to everyone. It is clean, nice, and has a kitchen with everything you need. Plus, there is parking in front of the house. There are lots of beaches and beautiful places not far away. And Akis will be the best host you've ever had. He is responsive, helps you when you have a problem, and serves you with goodies.

A beautifully designed and very well equipped apartment. Lots of lovely touches that make staying there a joy. Breakfast provided by Panos was big enough for our lunch also.

The studio apartments are located on the hill of Assos village providing a great view from the balcony. The studio has the essentials, such as water boiler, coffee maker, and hair drier. The owners are very kind and welcoming and they provide with daily cleaning and a small breakfast. We also got a welcoming gift, cake slices. The village is great for those who don't want to travel a lot. It has a very good bakery, mini markets with reasonable prices, touristic shops for souvenirs, a snack cafe bar and restaurants. The beach is nearby and also there is a viewpoint to have a small activity and view the sunsets. The studio apartments are very close to the beach, around 5-10 minutes walk. And there is a shortcut with stairs. There is space for parking.

    It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm.

    It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm. Great restaurants and lovely beach for snorkelling on the way to Paradise Restaurant. Sea crystal clear and warm. We visited here 34 years ago and yes it has changed but not too much and did not disappoint. Could have stayed for months! The locals were very welcoming. Can't wait to return.

    I made a lot of research before choosing where to stay in Kefalonia. I think it it the best location. the distances to the main beaches are short. it is absolutely amazing the entire island. family and pet friendly. amazing small beaches as well. good food.

    Ayia Evfimia is a small port town.

    Ayia Evfimia is a small port town. It has some lovely little beaches which offer good snorkelling. The bars and restaurants are good quality and the people very friendly. It was pleasant to walk along the sea front in the evenings. It's a good base to visit other beaches and towns (you need a car). I managed to find a quiet road to run in the early morning, but it's all uphill!

    Wonderfully furnished property, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. Offers peace and comfort away from crowded places. Almost daily we visited the nearby traditional tavernas, offering delicious, local cuisine. Probably is good to be with own or rented car in order to be more flexible in transport over the island.

    We liked that it was close to Myrtos beach and also...

    We liked that it was close to Myrtos beach and also Antisamos beach. What we did not lile was the neighborhood since it was too quiet at night. Next time we would prefer somewhere in Fiskardo, Argostoli or around Argostoli.

    Lovely little resort. Just what we were looking for. Small and fairly quiet but lots of lovely restaurants and a few bars. Not too busy. Perfect for us. The only down side was the nearest beaches were very small and not really great. We had to go into Sami twice to find a good beach with sunbeds.

    Everything!!! This Villa has everything that you need for a home away from home vacation. the rooms are big and super clean. all the beds are comfortable. the pool is amazing! the kitchen is well-equipped. and the hosts are the best! they are there for anything! location is pretty far from the "big city" and airport. but there is Agia Efimia very close by which has everything. Also, there are many great restaurants within a very short drive. and the beaches are amazing as well.

    The rooms have everything you need, and the shower had good pressure, the room came complete with biscuits, juice, water and wine included with the stay. A great location, agia effimia is a lovely area, close to good beaches and filled with good food and lovely locals. The staff are very hospitable and kind, we were able to use the pool, access a room with a shower and to store our luggage after checkout while waiting for our flight! We will stay here again when visiting kefalonia :)

    Dimitrios was a fantastic, knowledgeable and passionate host that was available to us at any time for expert recommendations. The room was very nice and watching the sunrise over Ithaka from the balcony every morning was one of the highlights of our holiday. Agia Effimia is a really great central location for accessing all of Kefalonia. We felt being here enabled us to see as much as possible during our stay

    We very much enjoyed talking with the hostess, Afroditi. She was very helpful showing the highlights of Kefalonia and Ithaca and let us borrow beach towels during our stay. The view from our suite was beautiful.
