Excellent location within walking distance to main Fira market, albeit a small stressfull climb. Host was excellent & provided us all the infomation needed. Checked us in & gave all the instructions needed. The outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi was great & so was the steam room & we still miss it. Host was over courteous & even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was excellent & good qulaity & quantity. Rooms are well planned & secluded from each other offering good privacy. Housekeeping was good & clean. We still miss Cycladic suites & would like to visit again.

The entire complex was spotlessly clean. The pool was sparkling. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was an issue. They allowed us a late check out and arranged a super tour for us. They had awesome follow up to any queries we had. Close to the beach and restaurants.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The hotel has an excellent location, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, everything is spotless, and the amenities are fantastic. The luxury suites are very spacious and airy, the hot tub was both beautiful and practical, and the private areas are stylish and make you feel truly special.

I had a truly wonderful experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and I felt comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. The service was not only professional but also warm and personal, which made all the difference. The massages were deeply relaxing and expertly done and the food was delicious, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank-you goes to Gwgw, whose kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my time here exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it is a rare combination of professionalism, relaxation, and heartfelt hospitality. Property Owner was there to personally welcome us… They have wonderfully kind and helpful staff. Extremely underrated location- two steps from the beach, as well as 20+ restaurants along the beachfront. Kindly upgraded our room with zero additional costs, housekeeping was prompt and swift every morning. Ended up extending our stay here for an additional week, the experience was so good.

The place is in excellent location, within a cute village with beautiful views. Wonderful sunset view itself from the rooftop of the hotel!! Everything is new and just like on the pictures, I couldn’t get enough of the style and effortless elegance of this place. Breakfast of very good quality, healthy and super tasty. But most importantly though, Esra - the host, is so helpful and so nice! When we arrived, Esra gave us all the support we needed, and stayed available at all times. This place really was a highlight of our stay in Santorini!

A property managed by an extremely attentive, very dedicated lady, always present to solve any problem, a capable lady, a beautiful person at heart and extremely welcoming! A lady with whom I want to keep in touch with her, a positive man with a wide smile, who charges you with a burst of energy! The accommodation was a dream, superlatively clean, coquettish, well-kept, furnished with taste, equipped with all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, some of them new. In addition, the lady constantly changes the towels, bed linen and cleanliness in the room! The exterior of the property is a fairy tale, pure white, blue gates and doors specific to the area, swimming pool, jacuzzi, which the lady takes care of constantly, being attentive to all the programmers and the compositions of the solutions that had to be added. The courtyard was always lit up at night with ambient lights that gave a romantic note! A very important point is the fact that you have a lot of peace, the property is secluded and far from the infernal noise of tourists at night, but it's worth the price! So I assure you that it is an accommodation that should not be avoided! Sincere thanks and many hugs from us!! (Flori, Vali and Flavius)😍

The hotel is beautifully designed, the finishes are all very contemporary yet bohemian chic. The hot tub and the spacious balcony was also a great place to spend time. The food is superb and the service is natural and genuine. I was very warmly welcomed by the team and they were very attentive. Thank you to Markella for the welcome and advice, the bar/ restaurant staff for the professional service and the chef for his fantastic food. The housekeeping team are all so friendly and prompt. Particular mention for Christina who kindly checked in with me every day, offering great advice and tips on the island. She helped me rent a car and organised a boat trip and my transfers for the airport. Divino Caldera is a very special hotel and I would highly recommend it for a break.
