As a family of 3, we had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional attentiveness and genuine friendliness from the owners. The level of service we experienced throughout our stay was truly remarkable and left a lasting impression on us. What truly stood out was how the staff went above and beyond to make my brother's birthday extra special. They took the time to acknowledge the occasion and organized a heartfelt celebration that we will always cherish. It's these small, thoughtful touches that set this place apart from the rest. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was simply perfect. The staff's dedication to ensuring their guests have a memorable experience is truly commendable. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the wonderful time we had at this establishment. Ionna's communication was excellent right from the start. Costa & Ionna were both very welcoming...like we were visiting their own home. We were very grateful of how accommodating they were. The apartment is spotless, and well equipped, & the location is stunning!!!

We were welcomed very warmly and felt right away at home. Mimosa was an excellent host helping us with everything we needed and took care that we are comfortable. The room we had is wheelchair accesible with a suitable shower and toilet and large door. The hotel has a nice view and is warmly advised to anyone visiting Chios. The only thing to keep in mind is that the road to reach the upper parking area which you need to if you have a wheelchair is a but rough for the car.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff Lila and Giwta. As well as the cleaner Maria. My grandmother broke her foot and they were so caring, kind and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. It's a beautiful hotel, in a great location and very clean! Recommend 100%
