One of the best houses we’ve ever stayed in! Traditional stone house with cool mix of old and new. As an architect and interior designer I admired the skillful use of the existing house with a nod to history and local crafts. Bordering the foot of the mountain and an olive grove, it is a great escape from the buzz of urban life, yet 5 minutes walk to the center of Karia and the local destination for good food - the goat restaurant / the real name is only in Greek/. The house is perfect for a family of four. The whole experience is enhanced by the skillful and unobtrusive professional property management of Rania Zampeli, who gave us very useful tips for local beaches and restaurants. Hope to come and stay there again in a couple of years!

We had the most amazing time staying in this beautiful apartment in Karya, Lefkada! From the very first moment we arrived, the host welcomed us with such kindness and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home. She is one of the warmest and most attentive people we have ever met, making sure that everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment itself exceeded all our expectations – it is very spacious, spotlessly clean, bright, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail is well thought out, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We loved how peaceful it was, and at the same time, it’s in the perfect location to explore Lefkada. Everything on the island is within easy reach, whether it’s the famous beaches, charming mountain villages, or breathtaking viewpoints. We left with our hearts full of joy and unforgettable memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more wonderful host. We are beyond happy with our experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy the true beauty and hospitality of Lefkada!

Excellent location minutes from the beach and gorgeous restaurants. Contemporary design inside but traditional modern exterior. Beautiful clean pool, very quiet and chilled only 12 apartments. Stunning views to the sea and countryside. Had a fridge and coffee and tea making equipment. (should have advertised the fridge as that wasn’t clear on info and was super helpful) beds were super comfy and so quiet at night slept so well.

The place is absolutely beautiful, with a breathtaking view – especially at sunset, which is simply stunning. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The entire property exudes luxury. The rooms are fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is varied, delicious, and always served right on time. The pools are cleaned every morning, and everything is kept tidy and peaceful. A special mention to the nearby restaurant and bakery – both are fantastic. Even if you don’t leave the property, you’ll still have a rich and memorable experience just by staying here. The staff are incredibly helpful and respond to any request within minutes. :)

The owner was so nice, he was always doing his best to help, even before we arrived, our daughter joined us on the last minute and he did his best to find a solution though the hotel was fully booked, and then didn't charge us for more. The beach is nice and so peaceful. Definitely recommended. Everything was great!!!

The hotel was perfect. Great facilities for a small hotel. Quite a few sunbeds on what was virtually a private beach. Amazing views from the sunbeds and bar service too. I'd like to add a little something for the wonderfull Marcella who looks after tge bar and a lit more. She's a really special person who really makes your holiday.
