The apartment is very nice, equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant vacation. The kitchen is equipped with enough crockery. The bedroom is cool with a very comfortable double bed. The hosts Wilma and Philip are very discreet and always ready to help you with information about places to visit. Just ask and they give you the best opinions. This was by far the best hotel experience that I've ever had! Already at the welcoming they were so kind to us and gave us Prosecco. The staff was extremely helpful with carrying the luggage and providing us with information about the Restaurants/Shops around the Hotel. The beds were very comfortable and it was an elegant room. The beach bar, the pools, everything was amazing and also very clean. The absolute Highlight was the Restaurant staff. Me and my mom have several allergies and the staff went trough the whole buffet every morning and evening with us to make sure nothing is contaminated. They also cooked special gluten free delicious food for me. A big thank you to the Restaurant for being so kind and warm-hearted!!! I will never forget this vacation and would love to come back again!

I liked everything - the hotel is brand new and clean, rooms are big, balcony is very nice and big. Food in the restaurant is very good too. The staff is very nice. But the most that I liked was the way how the manager solved some problems. He is very helpful.

Our stay for 3 nights was the perfect start to our holiday in Crete. The hotel is still new (opened 2 years ago) and the room we stayed in was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. We had a large terrace with a nice view of the city and the sea. The people at reception and breakfast were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They created the welcoming atmosphere of a family hotel. The breakfast was really (really!) great: lots of choice, with a good variety of savoury and sweet, and many local products (including some delicious pastries). The courtyard where it is served is pleasant, and I could easily imagine spending half a day here with a good book to read. Finally, the location was also ideal: in easy walking distance to everything we wanted to visit (including the archaeological museum), yet very quiet.
