The hotel is brand new, built with the best quality and taste, and a lot of attention to the details. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The organisation is top notch. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast is delicious, especially the cheese and spinach pies. The restaurant connected with the family business is great as well. Amazing food and the staff is extraordinary. We will be back for sure and recommend it to our friends!

Our stay at this villa was magnificent. The property is breathtaking, every detail reflects luxury and comfort, from the elegant design to the amazing view. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding personal service. The staff were attentive. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Also additional thank you for Louise and stuff who cleans this huge villa so good. This is more than a place to stay, it’s an experience of true incredible holiday. Highly recommended.

Everything about the property was amazing. it was exactly the kind of holiday we needed. we stayed for 10 days and from the moment we arrived until the second we left the staff were unavailable. it’s a small number of staff so during your stay you see the same people regularly they work extremely hard to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. The food and drinks at the hotel were lovely and we used it for breakfast / room service and around the pool but the location of the hotel is also really close to the town. within a 2-5 min walk you are at some great convenience shops with lots of choice, an AMAZING ice cream parlour called solo gelato and then into the port with loads of restaurants and bars. We left yesterday but we will most definitely be back! thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday the best one yet

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is a design marvel, with a minimalist Art Deco style blended with Aegean influences. The hotel features numerous modern art pieces and is also a botanical marvel, showcasing plants from various regions of the world. There are multiple restaurants, and we had the opportunity to dine in all of them— the food was amazing! The hotel boasts a spacious shoreline, which is impressive considering its size, ensuring that there are always spots available for guests to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. Location perfect. Swimming pool & pool bar lovely with great music & cocktails. Roof top bar views incredible. Rooms really great, you can see two options in my video review. Breakfast absolutely delicious with so many yummy things to chose from. Most importantly about the property ALL the staff were amazing in every department. It is a truly wonderful place to stay and we hope to be back again. The owners are lovely and very friendly. They go out of their way to please. The location is superb, and the views from the room to Mirabello Bay are breathtaking. It is located right in the heart of the town of Agios Nikolaos and is accessible to shops, restaurants, and blue flag beaches. We highly recommend it.

    Both myself and my partner have been all around crete and we genuinely believe that Limnes is one of the nicest, calmest, and most welcoming villages we have stayed in. You can find anything you need in the village, and if not Neapoli is just five minutes away by car and a bit more by foot! We kept returning to Kato kafeneia, since the food was excellent and we wanted to discover every dish on the menu, but the other restaurant next to it, Christina's, also seemed very good.
