They value their customers. Staff was very helpful, friendly and happy from reception to breakfast everyone. The hotel is very clean, excellent breakfast and location.We had an absolutely amazing time at Niko Seaside Resort. The rooms werw spacious and spotless. The thing we liked the most is the room view. The hotel is located across the sea front, and sitting on the balcony felt like sitting on the sea. Beside this, hotel is located 10 minute walk from city center (the walk is by the see), and the same distance from one city beach (you can see the beach from the balcony).

We’ve booked the Elounda Bay and were offered a suite at the Elounda Beach, which apparently it’s more luxurious (our first time). Very good hotel, ok facilities given the out of season period, but the highlight of it all is definitely the staff, who without being cheesy, are very polite, effective, hands on and there to help! Even in eventful situations! We have really enjoyed our stay!

    Both myself and my partner have been all around crete and we genuinely believe that Limnes is one of the nicest, calmest, and most welcoming villages we have stayed in. You can find anything you need in the village, and if not Neapoli is just five minutes away by car and a bit more by foot! We kept returning to Kato kafeneia, since the food was excellent and we wanted to discover every dish on the menu, but the other restaurant next to it, Christina's, also seemed very good.
