I love this place! The Garden House is a cracking property on the outskirts of Lourdhata. The bedrooms are a great size, the pool and pool side are great with plenty of room, and there are tonnes of facilities in the kitchen. The view across the bay is to die for. Some people might find this a bit remote as the villa is up on the hill, and the roads are narrow. However, take it slow and you'll soon get used to it. Walking down to Lourdas beach is fine, and there's taxis available to get back up the hill (its steep, and hot!) Natasha and Wayne are also amazing hosts, and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. In essence, will be coming back here!!!

Large infinite pool, with wonderful views, very clean and lounge chairs are stylish and comfortables. Loved dining outside by the pool. Easily relax and unwind in a beautiful, peaceful setting and lovely accommodation. Quiet and beautiful Koroni beach is a short drive down the hill from the accommodation.

First of all: the view and architecture was amazing. There is a lot of greenery around and a field full of nice, comfortable hammocks. It feels like home, if home is Tuscany, and even if the pool was a bit further from our villa, it was really nice to get away from the buzz of the city. The pool is bigger than in the pictures, a very nice surprise. The staff also was very very helpful. Joana was always a call away and everyone was eager to help at all times. We wanted to check in early and we had the possibility to do so. The kitchenette was also very nice and well-equipped.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly, making the whole stay feel welcoming and comfortable. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so easy to settle in and enjoy our time. And the location just incredible! It couldn’t have been better.     Lovely quiet area, but with ameneties such as supermarkets, restaurants right on your doorstep. No Clubs/Bars etc, banging out kiddie music 24/7 (which is what I call rave/house music....that same beat to every song!!,...... every 'song' sounds the same??....Sh*t!!) OK...Yeah if you (unfortunately) like that kind of thing.....go to Ibiza, Benidorm or Magaluf!!. Lourdhata is the kind of place where you go to unwind & chill out (out of the rat-race). At night you can't even hear a pin drop.....brilliant.

    We have been in August and, this time, May and I would say May is better as it is much quieter with almost empty beaches. The only downside is that a handful of the bars and restaurants are not open until June. We highly recommend the naturist beach at Kanali which we only shared with six people at most during our stay there. It's only a five minute walk but you do have to go around a couple of large rocks to get to it, but it is well worth the effort for the sandy beach and sparkling water.

    Plenty of choice of good tavernas and plenty of choice of accommodation, some of it very up-market. Despite the building of more expensive properties, the resort maintains its essential charm as a fertile strip where all the island's vegetable were once grown. There are still vegetable gardens all along the strip. And if you turn around from the sea view, you're looking at a mountain ridge. It's an impressive backdrop.

    Unspoiled and quiet but with sufficient restaurants and shops to make for easy access. A long sandy beach which is good for running and swimming. This is a place to chill out and relax. There are plenty of beaches to explore and there is a village up the hill. We will go back.

    Lourdas beach is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing and swimming. The sea is calm and warm and the beach is sand with some stones. You can also due a variety of activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking. The umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented and range from 8-15 euros for 2 sun loungers. There are many taverns that are really fairly priced. The supermarket is a little overpriced but the bakery is lovely. Lourdhata is very hilly, and also quite quiet. I would recommend hiring a car to see the island or at the very least book a driver (like I did) or some trips prior to coming.

    Despina, the host was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.she made us feel really welcome. Rooms really clean and changed 3 times in the week. Booked taxis for us to and from airport and got a good price on a hire car for three days. Would recommend staying here as real value for money. Lourdas has just enough, a few tavernas and bars and a lovely beach and turquoise sea. Really relaxing. Everyone we met was so friendly and. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and we will definitely be back next year

    Great location with a stunning view. Each studio has a portion of terrace to use privately, perfect for relaxing at sunset or enjoying breakfast. Lourdata is a convenient location, very close to some of the most popular sandy beaches and around 30 mins drive from Argostoli. The studios are clean, air conditioning is available and Georgia is very nice. Overall a very good value for money!

    The room that we stayed in was so beautiful. We were in suite 103. It had an incredible pool and magical views out to the ocean. We only left the hotel twice because all we wanted to do was be in the pool looking at the views. It was totally worth paying the extra money to get that room. The hotel gardens and amenities are really lovely. The food was excellent.

    The facilities were great, it was very clean and the views are fantastic. We used the pool and the barbecue and the morning coffee on the terrace was the highlight of the trip. A few minutes drive to the Lourdata beach, which is great, walking distance to markets and tavernas. The villa garden is alao fantastic! Everything was excellent!
