Lovely village situated in a very convenient and location, tacked away but not far from the airport and the two main roads which connects you to explore the west and the east coast of the island. Although it's not far from the airport, you don't get the noise or pollution from the planes at all. No matter where in Pastida you stay, you have a guaranteed mountain view of Filerimos with a huge decorative cross on the tip of the mountain, a church and an acropolis. Great walks in the greenery, great facilities and services such local tavernas, cafe bars, gyros and souvlaki, ice cream, super markets, shops, pharmacy and there's an alternative therapist in Pastida square who's probably the best on the island (or beyond) offering VIP services (you get the whole facilities for yourself and not sharing with others) such ancient Greek and Chinese style massages, steam therapy, jacuzzi, health checks and more. Splendid! The prices are really good compared to the UK's. Pastida got everything you need.
