From the first day until our last in the hotel the staff was always responsive to our needs, always asking if we needed anything, very friendly from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. Very clean private beach, spotless sand, quick sunbed service and comfortable sunbeds. Rooms with a high quality standard, modern and always clean. both breakfast and dinner were varied, for all tastes and from all international cuisines. We also want to mention Liana, from the guest relations service. She was so great with us. Ask her about anything you want or can do in the hotel or outside the hotel. She will help you with everything! For sure we will come back to Nautilux!

I work in the hospitality and luxury industry and I was really surprised to find this kind of hospitality and this quality of service in your place. I appreciate all the detals founded in your room, it’s very personnalized. (Until the embroidery on the sheets, and towels) and thanks for the equipments and the good bedding!!     Absolutely loved our family stay at Villa Orsalia!

    Absolutely loved our family stay at Villa Orsalia! The villa was immaculate, and the private pool and facilities were exceptional – truly family-friendly. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Its ideal location made exploring Heraklion's sites and nearby clean beaches effortless. Couldn't recommend more highly! Just a note for future guests, particularly if visiting outside peak summer: the lovely pool isn't heated, so it can be quite brisk.
