We enjoyed our stay very much. The Hotel is wonderful And even more the hotel staff who were very kind and gave excellent service. All our inquiries were answered immediately. Staff is extremely helpful and always on top of guests needs and requests. Facility is amazing, clean rooms, wonderful dining area, etc. I would especially recommend visit to their bistro. Exceptional cuisine and service. You can also visit spa zone and enjoy professional massage.

The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. The attention I received was personalized and I was treated as if I were at home. City Gate Hotel adapted their services according to my needs and I felt safe and comfortable. Full recommended!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Wellness Santa! The hotel had everything we wanted for such a short stay - good location close to airport, beach just in front of the hotel (with sunbeds free for hotel guests), calm vibes and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was quite good, multiple eggs options, cheeses, desserts and coffee. Rooms and hotel area both were super clean, we could see workers cleaning area all the time. Room had everything we needed. No comment on the room service as we did not use it. Wifi was working well in rooms and pool area but a bit worse on the beach. Within 15 min walk you can find anything you want like shops, cafes, restaurants, bus stops. Gym is also very good and offers everything needed for a workout. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming, we will come back given the opportunity!

    The staff were nice and friendly to us. I loved the pool side, the balcony in the rooms were nice and the AC in my room worked great. I also like that the hotel was able to arrange a birthday cake for me at a fee.

    Nice Hotel, well run, fabulous staff and great food. Also lovely views and a pool. Also close enough to the airport 12 mins.
