it was for what we needed. a good sleep. restaurant is on the other side of the street, but one can also go to the centre. the beach is rather small, but okay.

Very nice room (seems recently renovated), comfortable bathroom, comfortable bed, everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly, even if we missed our check-in time. Beautiful beach a few steps away. Delicious breakfast at the "taverna".

This hotel is clean, comfortable, well located AND the staff is exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was warm, happy and welcoming. Maria, who works at the front desk, is a wonder. I heard her vascillate between five different languages seamlessly, and watched the guests all relax into the comfort of her welcome. She is capable and knowledgeable and just a professional! She is on top of things, and sincere...A welcome combination. Eleni, who cooks the breakfast and works the bar area, is a hardworking, incredible cook who makes you feel like she is cooking just for you... The other lady at the front desk, who I didn't get to interact with as much and failed to get her name, was all smiles and sweet and very helpful. And, the lady who keeps the rooms sparking clean has a wonderful smile and reached out every time she passed. She seems to work hard all day. The rooms and location and pool were A+, but the staff make this place special.

It was more at the heart of things and in the middle of the action than I anticipated so that was a bonus. I liked the fact that the rooms still had a traditional greek rooms style about them. Best of all was value for money especially considering the location.

Quick and easy check in, amazing property with a break taking view and big balcony. Bed was comfy and shower worked well. I don’t understand all the negative reviews for this accommodation, the price we paid was defintley fair, I would defintley recommend staying here whilst at loutro! Thanks again

Splendid location, very clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty, original, but they were able to cater for our child, who is a fussy eater . The place is a family run and you can feel welcome by the whole family. They also sell some local goodies and very cool t-shirts and other activities. Due to the bad weather our plan had to change and the owner was happy to offer a solution and help!!! Also they were happy to share a local knowledge of the place and were easy to chat. Highly recommend! if only we knew it would be so nice we would plan a longer stay. The village itself was also wonderful, very quiet, authentic with kind friendly people and amazing scenery. Highly recommend anoplirooms.gr

    Chora of Sfakia is a small village by the sea with friendly people and wonderful landscapes. The food is great and traditional. You dont need car to walk the Chora but you will need some kind of transportation to go there such as rented cars or by the tourist bus.

    it has all the infrastructure to go on trips and adventures, but still the privacy of a small coastal town. It its not like the picturesque Loutro, but on the positive, you are also not "stuck" there like you'd be in many other small places....

    It's a long and winding road to Sfakia from the airport, which is worth remembering if you get travel sick. We didn't get a car and i regret this, we would have been able to do more things if we had been able to travel without a taxi. The village is lovely, small with plenty of restaurants.

    Nice small town plenty of Tavernas. Easy to park. Ferrys to Loutro and other places. Gorge walks beaches. Kayaking boat hire the possibilties are endless. Too much to do not enough time. Recommend this area to anyone. less populated than the north and half the price in Tavernas. The locals are very friendly
