Evina was an exceptional host who made sure to attend to any needs. Throughout our stay, we were provided with fresh eggs, olive oil, fruit, coffee; wine and raki, amongst other things. We got married during our stay and returned to the villa the day after our wedding to find a bottle of fizz, a cake and rose petals which was a lovely surprise! The location of the villa was excellent as it was not too far from Rethymnon but far enough to be peaceful. There was an excellent supermarket not too far from the villa which Evina recommended on the day we arrived.

The stay was absolutely excellent, right from arrival to the last second we stayed the staff was super friendly and extremely accommodating. Everyone gave the impression that they actually liked working there which impacted the experience in a profound way. I was also a real fan of the Music selection for the beach and pool area which fit the vibe very well. The feature to order everything via app (even to your sunbed) is also amazing and the food there was also very good all around.

Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! Everything was unique! XX

Everything was very pleasant and tranquil, the food was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful and also knowledgeable about the area. We very much enjoyed the pool area, the movie night and also the live music. Having a gym on site is an added bonus for those who want to do some training. Something that is amazing about this place is its history and the olive mill museum. Something that makes it stand out in our opinion is the attention to detail in every sense! Wherever you look! The architect behind this project did and is still doing an amazing job! In conclusion, a great experience which we will definitely repeat and recommend to others!

One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel. I really wanted to write you to say that traveling around the world and providing different culture for our family is what we value the most. Knowing Greece was my biggest dream in my 41 years life… It is so special to have chosen somewhere so committed with the guests. We are very impressed and thankful. A good room with beautiful view was something so important to me and you found us simply the most beautiful room we could wish/deserve. Kids are enjoying everything, they loved the aquapark! I loved the wine menu available in the all inclusive experience. Our cretan barbecue during the sunset was a gift! This is the best resort we have ever been to, and when I say that, believe me, it is a huge thing! We have been to the best in caribean, Florida, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Spain… As the music says: You’re simply the best! We will never forget these days!

The moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the water park was a hit with the kids. Every meal at the hotel was a treat, from fresh local dishes to international favorites.

Loved the property but, just a little too far away from everything but that was our fault for not checking the area properly. The property had everything you could need including bathroom essentials, a welcome pack and water.
