New, clean facility, matches to pictures, excellent wooden furniture, comfortable bed, breakfast was really tasty, not noisy, friendly staff. We received excellent check-in instructions as we arrived very late from the airport while at another hotel we had to cancel our reservations because of this. If we come again, we would stay again in this hotel.

We loved the location of the Galaxy Hotel, the coffee machine in our room, the morning breakfast buffet, the comfortable bed, the gym, the pool area and the staff. Our room was small but everything was perfect. Our rental car was secure in the gated parking area, plus we were only 10 minutes from the Iraklio Airport for our early morning flight.

The room is looking modern and stylish, big and comfortable, I enjoyed the balcony as well. Staff is very polite and helpfull, nice conversations, meanwhile they’re not too much. Not after you in every secound, they know when they’re needed. Best choice on the island.

The staff are exceptional - friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Every single staff member is a gem. The decor is very elegant. A beautiful mix of classical (with a very special outdoor corner) and modern elements, and every necessity you could wish for. The location is superb. My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The entire property is incredibly beautiful – thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating an atmosphere where you instantly feel at ease. The food was absolutely outstanding – everything from the variety to the quality and presentation was perfect. Every course was a delight! What really stood out was the service: the entire team was not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt comfortable and welcome. A big thank you to the whole team – I’ll definitely be coming back!
