Ameliko is a beautiful newly renovated hotel with all the amenities you need for a break in the mountains. the rooms were cozy, clean and nicely decorated. you could spend time in the garden and in the restaurant of the hotel and enjoy a meal, coffee or drink. Dimitris, the owner, is a great host always keen to assist you with anything you need.

A very nice clean out of the way hotel, owner is very attentive and helpful. Just acouple of minutes walk from restaurants and taverns with great views, breakfast was home cooked and plentiful.

EVERYTHING!!! The host “Spidoula” is absolutely marvelous! From her warm welcome, to her thoughtful guidance for our visits in the area, the amazingly good breakfast, and everything in between. This was by far our best stay in the whole of mainland Greece!! And with cherry of top, the hotel is walking distance away from a really good restaurant (5min) and driving distance (15min) from supermarkets. The Vikos Gorge is just 20-45min depending on where you go and the beautiful Aaos gorge is also 15-20min away! We totally recommend booking your stay with Spidoula!

In one word: Amazing! The location, the atmosphere, the breakfast, and the room were all wonderful and beyond expectations. Andrea, the host, is such a great guy, super helpful and friendly. The most magical place I have been to in a long time. Tasos and his family treat you like family members. Every corner of the house is built with a lot of love to details. The beautiful garden with old fruit trees allows you to relax and calm down. Sophia makes the best Greek breakfast! The area is perfect to explore nature, hike and calm down. I would like to return as soon as possible.

The location is set in a lovely village with incredible views from every direction. It’s walking distance to a few very good restaurants, as well as to Monodendri, where the hike to Vikos Gorge (and other hikes) starts from. It’s very clean and the owner, Petros, is very welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. His daughter Sofia, helps with the management of the guesthouse and is truly amazing, assisting with all my queries. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the special memories I take home
