Location was great and extra large veranda was wonderful.The apartment was very clean the bedroom roomy and the kitchen kitted out exceptionally even with fruit and croissants and juice for breakfast.Amazing!we will be back.

Very nicely decorated and equipped. In a peaceful and quiet area. Discreet hosts. The goal of our trip was a theatre show in Epidaurus. We did not want to sleep in Nauplion again because it is very crowded and hectic. Villa Vivari turned out to be a real little oasis for vacation. The surroundings are calm and quiet, there are no crowds , there is beautiful nature, lots of campsites and beautiful beaches, taverns and the archaeological site of Asini very near. We would love to stay here again.

The property is brand new and fully/perfectly equipped. The location is perfect, as it’s a few minutes away by car from Nafplio, at a beautiful vantage point with great (sea)view of the city, without the noise or the traffic. The owner, George, is very polite and extremely helpful. Palelia is highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is up in the hills with great views over the moutains and down to the sea. Nice swimming pool. A great base for exploring Epidauros, Mycenae,, Corinth and Nafplio. The room was comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and hospitable.
