The location was near the beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets. It was quiet away from crowds. The balcony was excellent. The bathroom was fantastic and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Near Iraklion which was a great day trip.

We had a great time at this hotel! Ever since we arrived we felt very welcomed by all of the staff members. Throught our stay they were really helpful and always professional. The food was really good as well, very nice cooking and lots to choose from. The pools were very clean and the lounging area was very peaceful and quiet. Only in the weekends it got a bit chaotic because of the people coming from the outside. We booked a private suite with a pool and we loved every detail of our room. It was cleaned daily. My boyfriend had a great time at the gym, it had all the neccessities. We recommend this hotel for a great and peaceful vacation!

The hotel is new and has a great design. It is located next to the beach but it also has a pool for those who prefer that option. Sun beds are free of charge for hotel guests. Breakfast was à la carte, which was great. The restaurant at the pool had snack options menu during the day and dining menu at night. Everything we tried was delicious.

It was the most amazing experience in years. The hotel staff was so friendly and caring. O easily made a late check in, because a person was awaiting for me. The room is great and clean, free coffee and tea, two big bottles of water every day. They had animation during the day and some activities at the bar at night. All inclusive was indeed inclusive, amazing and fresh meat, fish, salads, local meals, and cakes there - you wouldn’t like to miss them. Location is perfect, the bus stop is near the hotel and sea is just 5 min away. Overall I would say this was the best experience so far, even that I travel a lot and have visited world class hotels.
