Everything was fantastic. We had no issues during our stay. The staff were polite and very helpful. The atmosphere was lovely. Easy access to the citygate mall and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus (no issues there too)

The location is excellent, easy walk from subway. The size of the hotel is good, not big not small. Nice lobby, clean, well managed. Safe. Reception staffs are nice. My room has good view. It appears pretty new, maybe recently renovated, modern. I was impressed by how they uses the spaces, everything is in, just need a little hide and seek. Fun to discover things in the room

    Bustling city. Modern yer retaining the tradition and charm That 90's Hongkong in films with Neon lights everywhere is not there anymore. It's a modern fancy city. Octopus card is recommended though CC is also accepted on Airport Express MTR. I am not sure about regular MTRs, buses and trams.

    Vibrant and busy city, with dazzling lights, especially viewing either side across the harbour. Great walking city, with good transport options. Added bonus being able to checkin baggage from Central prior to going to airport. Many attractions to visit, and most people speak English. If adverse to heat and humidity, pick your travel times.

    HK is a great place.

    HK is a great place. Pricey, but vacation is to spend and after vacation you go and work super harder to bring the best out you and become richer to return back to HK. Its nice and I love the ambience, the cleanliness, the efficient MTRs, plenty places to eat, and to cap it all and not to miss the night market at Kowloon area. There are a lot of attractions that a week is not enough to cover.

    We enjoyed our time at our location at Harbour City Hotel Marco Polo and it was a great location for shopping, dining and access to the Star Ferry, and near Kowloon Station and the Airport Express. Food was excellent, we ate delicious roast goose at Michelin Star KAM ROAS in Hennessy St. Wanchai.The only negative was too crowded to be walking around, and everything is very expensive.

    We had fun at hongkong tourist spots but we didn't appreciate much the food everywhere ..we usually longed for rice meals and Filipino food but it was really difficult to match our taste for food especially my kiddos

It is located at the terminal tram station that has frequent tram services that take you to central piers and other locations located on Hong Kong island. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is also amazing, one of the finest food in Hong Kong hotel. The facility in the Hyatt is also much more modern than the one found in similar prices around Kowloon and across the bay.
