A truly exceptional experience. Felt pampered from arrival to departure. Warm welcome and help with luggage with small golf electric car was amazing. Room decorated in nice modern- village style, with many small details. Luxury cosmetics, welcome note and cookies, and many other nice details. Great breakfast with local and fresh food, all was 1st class and super kind staff both in restaurant and reception. Great location for enjoying Kozlovic, Kabola and other wineries, enjoying Istria, but also visiting Venice with only 2 hours distance.

A wonderful apartment! A great place to stay, very thoughtfully decorated, incredibly charming, everything you could need is there. We loved everything about the place, and if our plans were different would have definitely stayed longer. The property is located in a beautiful countryside area, looking over a valley. A really beautiful place. The spacious apartment was equipped beyond expectations, the beds were very comfortable. A lot of room really. It had a balcony looking over the valley. The pool belonging to the apartment was also beyond expectation - relatively big and regularly cleaned - even sharing it sometimes with other guests was never a problem. Even if there was a restaurant right under us, open till 11pm, it was not at all loud or disturbing. The distance to the sea is about 15-20 mins, there are nice beaches in the area. We especially liked the animals - there were farm animals but also very friendly dogs.

    The bedroom was spacious, all fabrics new and tasteful. High level of cleanliness. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were stopping en route to Pula. We walked a bit of the local cycle/walking path which had great views and was peaceful. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was by far the best meal we had in Croatia. A very high level of cooking skills. As a vegetarian there was enough for me to choose from. My meat eating partner has not stopped talking about his fish starter.

    We stayed there for one night during our Parenzana bicycle tour. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay in the Bella room. In the evening we had dinner in the Ostaria Rondo which belongs to the same owner. There we enjoyed local food and the domestic Teran wine. Also the possibility to store and lock the bikes in the cellar was a big plus for ourselves. We can highly recommend this location.

    Excellent staff! Haven’t met more polite, helpful and younger staff in a long time. In general, this hotel is out of this world, if you’re into nature and peaceful vacation no matter how long this is the place to be! Not really far away from the seaside, Rovinj or Umag, great restaurants in the area also, everything was perfect really.
