The Plitvice Lakes National Park is an amazing natural wonder. We walked part of the E route and all of the F route. We accessed this from Entrance #2. Each route was very well signed. I would recommend Route C for the best views. We hiked Route K and we felt like there was unnecessary hiking involved. We brought snacks in with us as you never know when you will be hungry. Plitvice lakes and park is a wonderful place to visit. Just the price for it is too high to my oppinion. And overcrowded as well. Also be prepared for a long or very long walk (deppends on route selected). Amazing national park with several options to experience it,...
Amazing national park with several options to experience it, depending on how far you want to walk. A combination of walking, shuttle bus and ferry will cover all the main sights (all covered in the ticket price). Get there early and see as much as you can - you'll be gobsmacked at the beauty of the lakes and waterfalls. There are a number of food outlets at the entrances and within the park if you can't bring your own. If you are staying in the area, there are a number of bistros and places to eat in the vicinity - but you will need a car to get around easily.Guest review byDamianAustralia

They have an exceptional breakfast spread starting at 7AM that was also suitable for my vegetarian friends in the group. The caretakers at the property told us how to get to the best route in the park, and very helpful with booking cabs to/from the hotel when informed.
