Upon arrival we called the host who came to meet us at the entrance. The host was lovely, spoke perfect English, was great to talk to, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The apartment itself was well stocked with everything we could have needed/wanted including some lovely treats. The photos really don't do it justice, it's truly unique. The location was perfect, as close to the sea as you could possibly hope. The views from the terrace were great. Very close to Kali center and only a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry and Preko.

The apartment looks exactly as advertised. It’s clean and tidy. However, there was an issue with communication with the host. I couldn’t get in touch with the host prior to the booking and when we arrived it turned out that the host didn’t know we are coming. This resulted in our check in being delayed for 3 hours. The host claimed there was an issue with the booking.com app Apart from that, our stay was really good and the apartment is well-located. It’s very close to a nice bay.

This is a wonderful, brand new hotel just opposite Zadar on the island of Ugljan in a small harbor. The staff is extremely helpful and motivated - both early check-in and late check-out were arranged for free within minutes. The service was also great (the breakfast could have been a little more extensive). The room was also very comfortable, the windows and doors completely blocked out the loud noise of the party outside. There are several beaches in the area within a few hundred meters for children and adults (deep water). Within a few kilometers on the island we found several small bays where there are only a few people and you can snorkel very well. We will definitely come back.

Our stay was fantastic! Right from the start we were impressed as due to bad traffic on the way we were nearly 6 hours late to arrive, long after the office had closed! We were still welcomed with a smile and a key! We had aircon which was sorely needed and the entire place was just what we wanted, thank you! Even our two huskies loved every minute and were welcomed with open arms.

    Kali is a pleasant village on the island of Ugljan, where you will definitely not be bored. Immediately after our arrival, we attended a three-day fishing festival and a procession the next day, tried out a renowned fish restaurant, and got to know the locals. If you want to go somewhere where there is something going on, Kali is the right place. At least in August, when we visited Kali.

    Kali is a small and quiet town on the island of Ugljan, right by the sea. It has several small shops and one larger one, as well as restaurants and cafés. If you are looking for a peaceful place, Kali is just right for you. If you prefer more hustle and bustle, the larger town of Preko is within walking distance.

    Kali is laid back and peaceful. The beaches are clean. If you have mobility issues be careful as there are some steep hills, but we were glad of the exercise to justify another ice cream. I think hiring bicycles would be ideal as the roads are very quiet and views spectacular.. The ferries are frequent and excellent value from As far old town and ferry port to the south.. Don't be put off from going by the ferry. It was easy to get a ticket and a very enjoyable crossing.

    kali has lots if walks. lovely small harbour, lovely beach...

    kali has lots if walks. lovely small harbour, lovely beach bar, in the water practically. not overcrowded like Zadar. if you want some down time. i found a bar in the village that served pizza and burgers. ut was perfect and the walk to and from. it was an experience not to be forgotten. esp coming back in thee dark. thanks fo google maps i found my way out. it was fun. and the pizza was excellent.

    The villa is a bit uphill and has an amazing view over the pool, garden and Kali bay and the Osljak island. Stayed for 3 days and extended for another 3. The apartment was very clean and well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful with directions and also gave me a car ride to the city to rent a bike. The WiFi is very good, even for working. Has a nice terrace with a pool, sunloungers, BBQ, etc. and in 2 min you can reach the beach in the bay. Good value for money and definitely worth visiting.

    The villa is in the best location in Kali! It is directly on the waterfront and the views are amazing. The villa is quite new and everything is clean and fresh with a nice bathroom and kitchen. The host was very helpful and welcoming- he even met us at the ferry dropped us off there again at the end of the stay which was very helpful and saved a walk. We loved sitting on the comfortable outdoor deck and watching the ocean and island life. It was an amazing stay.

    Location is very close to the heart of a small charming municipality Kali. The apartment is held by a lovely family who were very helpful and managed to make our stay a wonderful experience. The place is very clean, well equipped and has an access to small shops and to the seashore in a few minutes' walk.

    We loved the house and the really nice garden around it. The neighbourhood is tranquil and even though the place is situated in the outskirts of Kali the village is tiny, which means that we had no issues with distance. Our apartment was pretty large, really clean and very comfortable.
