If you are looking for beautiful valley scenery and as a base for Plitvice and Velebit then it is ideal. The area is good value for money and Otocac itself has a good choice of grocery stores, bars and bakeries. Otočac is a beautiful small town in the valley of the Gacka river that offers excellent opportunities for a good vacation. The beautiful scenery of the river Gacka, its springs, the possibility of walking and jogging in nature or hiking in the nearby National Park North Velebit, are good reasons to come to this beautiful town in Lika. And if you find yourself in Otočac, be sure to stop by the pizzeria Ruspante in Sinac, in the immediate vicinity of the picturesque Majerovo Vrel.
