Literally 3-5 minute walking distance to superb dining (L'Altro), breathtaking museum of 19-20 century Hungarian art (Rippl Ronai Odon Collection) around the corner and main square with Basilica all within a short reach. The lady at reception was very professional and spoke perfect English. The hotel also has a restaurant in the same old style, which was useful as on Sunday when I stayed in Kaposvar very few restaurants and cafés were open.
