As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. Big and comfortable bed. We had a nice sleep. The food excelent. Good choice for everyone at breakfast. Staff very nice. Shuttle on time. Absolutely nothing to dislike here. Would gladly come again.

The staff was friendly and ready to assist. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast menu has a good variation of choice. The pool was perfect for a dip and has a few of the city and mountain (when it's not cloudy)
