    Excellent entry port to Indonesia, expedited, clean, spacious (no crowds), with good services. Importantly, there are hotels inside airport, one in Terminal 3 (international) and one in Terminal 2 (domestic) for short time to check-in counters. Staff are very helpful giving directions.

    We were unable to arrange a ride to the hotel through the hotel. They wanted to know where we were at the airport and there were no identifying door numbers, or curb markers to tell them. Then they wanted us to take a picture of where we were and send it to them.... There was no picture we could take that would identify exactly where we were. A huge airport, we'd never been there before, had been traveling for 24 hours and we were exhausted and overwhelmed. We finally just took a cab. The room was quiet - after the people in the hallway stopped talking loudly at 2:30 AM. The room was comfortable enough for our 18 hours there. Beds comfortable, room temperature was great.

    Large room, comfy bed. Tea making facilities. Excellent shower once water had heated up. Clean and quiet. Couldn’t ask for anymore when checking in at midnight. Plus staff were very friendly and most helpful with luggage. In fact exceptional.

    Remove this hotel from your list .They have good pictures for hotel on line but when you go to stay at hotel ,you will throw up .Nasty ,suitable for street food venders NOT for tourist or buisness visters ,Sewage Oder in bed room

    It's a new area city but it's also as messy as Mangga Dua.

    It's a new area city but it's also as messy as Mangga Dua. Well, less messy but in the future, it will be messy too like Gajah Mada or any other place in Jakarta. Why? Because there's no zebra cross, bad pavements, more and more food stalls that occupy pedestrian streets, uncontrollable loud noises that cause a lot of nuisance around the city like live bars and such, and what makes it's worse no polices who can take care of those blaring voices and mufflers. If nobody step up and take care of this now, then congratulations, it's just like waiting for these "old habits" to grow again in this new modern area.

    For us this was a stopover location between flights so we...

    For us this was a stopover location between flights so we did not see much. However with so much infrastructure around the airport it was hard to make sense of what was there. The surrounds to the airport did have so nice landscaping and green sections, but smog very apparent (a Jakarta problem). The Airport itself is modern with many restaurants and shops and plenty of space to walk around.

    Nice and quiet hotel, good location. Airport shuttle transport is very efficient and on time. Close to the airport, but also close to the city centre by taxi. Room was well equipped and clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices. Wifi worked well. Staff was fantastic and always ready to help.

    They picked us from the airport and there was also a shuttle to the airport again from the hotel. It is a good choice for a night between flights. The location seemed a little bit isolated, but since we didnt leave the hotel, it was ok. The swimming pool and the gym are also nice.

    We arrived late and they came to pick up us...good communication with the hotel stuff via whattsapp Also. We used their shuttle bus to go to he airport next day to catch our flight...they have schedule departure that you need to check with reception. Good breakfast All good
