As a family of 4 people attending the Harry styles concert in slane castle 🏰. After booking this Pilo hotel with two teenagers it was an absolute disgrace . I arrived back about 2 am to a room without any clean towels or bins 🗑 emptied. They also must have work going on as the loud banging noises from the room next door 🚪 I thought a hammer was coming through our walls . Before we left for the concert 🎵 I asked the cleaners to freshen up our room with clean towels and stuff and they just nodded at me . I’m not sure even if they speak English or not but very rude. No one was on reception and my husband had to drive to a shop to get loo roll 🧻 for our children 👧. The next morning as I was checking out I made staff aware of what happened and they said I should have called reception for assistance. The same reception we passed through on the way in this was unattended. Anyway they have fun cctv and they had the audacity to try and put the blame back on me saying I had put a do not disturb sign 🪧 on the door 🚪. This again was lie’s as I took a picture of my kids leaving for the concert 🎵 and no signs were hanging on my room door . The staff are very rude and also another lady who had the same problem as us was telling them about her stay . No towels for shower 🚿 or soap and loo rolls as well , so we all could not have been lying 🤥. I’ll never recommend this place for anyone else.Guest review byAnnetteUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Relaxing stay everything was done without any fuss.
Relaxing stay everything was done without any fuss. The hotel was so clean and comfortable very spacious yet warm. Only down side was there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room and no biscuits to have with your coffee .Guest review byhoy1United Kingdom

Excellent facilities for groups with plenty of space for all. The kitchen and open plan living space is stunning. The garden and seating area/pergola was perfect and safe for the kids to enjoy, relaxing to sit down to enjoy the outdoors, bbq or have a few drinks. Room was a lot nicer than I expected it to be and reasonably priced. The pool was free for the kids. Wifi was decent and there was lots of parking. Location was great. Very close to Tayto park which was the main reason for our trip and also very close to Ashbourne city centre.
