Ballycotton is a lovely little village.
Ballycotton is a lovely little village. The people are friendly and its fun visiting the different little pubs on the Main Street. The food at the Sea church restaurant was superb. The schooner tavern was the ideal accomodation for us with comfortable rooms with ensuite. We loved spending a quiet evening to ourselves in the living room on the second floor, reading a book with a glass of wine after a busy day walking the cliff loop. The floor to ceiling window provided a viewpoint that made you feel you were almost in the sea! We had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening and it was delicious. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent location, lovely room; I highly recommend the Bay Hotel for a short break.Guest review byAntoinetteUnited Kingdom
