The Villa Rose was a lovely place to stay. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to a cyclone hitting Ireland, and staff were very accommodating. It was a comfortable place to unexpectedly spend a day, as there are lots of comfortable sofas in the lounge area. Food - both dinner and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The host is so kind! We arrived at so late time, and after I called her, she came to house so quick and opened the gate for us. The house is so clean and beautiful, the host even provided her homemade jelly and scone for us! It’s really nice and delicious! She even has a book to introduce the good spot around area. Highly recommend stay here for one more night!

Beautiful experience from start to finish. A last minute booking made an hour or so before we arrived and the place was ready to go from the minute we arrived. It felt clean airy with plenty of options for sleeping. The hosts were helpful and attentive to all our needs. A fully stocked kitchen is always a massive plus and with plenty to do in the local area a perfect stay Would recommend both lodges to those who are looking to stay in the area.

Very comfortable room with a good modern bathroom. Being in town we were worried it might be noisy but it was very quiet and we were undisturbed for a good night's sleep. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was also amazing. Good parking available.
