There were several delicious options, all made with regional ingredients. We especially want to highlight the hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure that no wishes were left unfulfilled. Our stay was excellent, we liked everything and if ever traveling through Tralee, I would consider staying again! The hosts welcomed us with the tea and bisquits upon arrival, and provided with lots of recommendations for dinner in the city. We had a nice quiet room with the garden view and the windows could be fully opened to let the fresh air in. The breakfast was also excellent, cooked by your choice from the menu (I picked salmon and it was delicious). Overall, our stay was very comfortable and we liked everything!

The bedrooms were excellent. Spacy and spotless.

The bedrooms were excellent. Spacy and spotless. However at about 6.30am there was a lot of noise from the users of the adjoining room's shower. We also heard the occupant/s the evening before. The noise of the water was entirely due the the bad insulation of the walls. I think it will be a major problem in the future.

I was happy with the accommodation and the local pub(s). However, please note that this is all in a small hamlet called Boolteens, which is about 3 miles from Castlemaine, so you don't need to visit the latter!

I noticed the host had dried out another family's coats for...

I noticed the host had dried out another family's coats for them (yes, it was raining!). She was very welcoming. The B & B was all you would hope for, and to top it, the restaurant/bar next door was great for food and relaxing in. (And, there's another bar over the road for Sky sports if you want to bet on a horse!) Castlemaine has a statue of The Wild Colonial Boy.

We visited Tralee a few times and we were delighted with the places we ate. We had a lovely meal in both La Scala and Yummy. We also went to Camp, Castlegregory and visited The Maharees. We found our way home through the Connor Pass. The views were breath taking.

The room was bright and very clean. The bathroom and shower area was spotless. The breakfast was superb. The friendliness of the hosts was excellent. Location is very suitable for access to the beautiful Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry.

I loved the location, even though it's not right in the center of something, it is close enough to Killarney, the ring of Kerry, or the Dingle peninsula. The family is very sweet and welcomed us warmly. Even offered a breakfast in the morning!

I really liked this place. It has a convenient location near all Ring of Kerry and Dingle attractions. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are also fantastic! Our room was small but clean and comfortable.
