Ennis is a really nice town to visit. There's a nice atmosphere to the place. Even though the whole of the centre was being dug up for improvements it was still really interesting to walk around. A lovely Medieval town with narrow streets. A historic and restore Franciscan abbey which has been restored in part with daily tours. Nice variety of restaurants and coffee establishments. The Well Cafe (called beo - the well) and Brogans Pub are highly recommended for great atmosphere and food options. Spotted many other nice shops but didn't have the time to browse much. It is in a very centra location and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, especially Lydia. I really appreciated Lydia assisting me with my luggage and showing me to my room, even though it was extremely busy time of the day the staff were exceptional and professional.
