Ennis is a really nice town to visit. There's a nice atmosphere to the place. Even though the whole of the centre was being dug up for improvements it was still really interesting to walk around. A lovely Medieval town with narrow streets. A historic and restore Franciscan abbey which has been restored in part with daily tours. Nice variety of restaurants and coffee establishments. The Well Cafe (called beo - the well) and Brogans Pub are highly recommended for great atmosphere and food options. Spotted many other nice shops but didn't have the time to browse much. Very clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful and welcoming. Although it stands next to the owners home it is very private with no windows overlooking the caravan.
