Probably the best hotel we stayed in! Very cozy room, with everything you need. Yes bathroom is a bit dated but functional and clean. The heaters worked really well (important in December). I did not hear a single noise from other rooms or from the corridor! The staff was truly amazing. Shout out to Francan for accommodating my allergens (gluten and egg) during the room service. The food from the hotel was excellent. The bar with the fireplace was great and really appreciated in December. A lovely Christmas feeling in this nicely decorated hotel for the occasion. We will come back!

Couldn't do enough for us. We were back really late after a concert and were really hungry and cheekly asked if they were serving food and the staff made up some sandwiches for us
