Special request were fulfilled in advance, despite being kinda nonsensical. The staff got a good sense of humour and the breakfast was great!

Newly refurbished and very comfortable rooms, with a fabulous river view from our room. Exceptionally friendly and courteous staff who went out of their way to assist us however they could.
