I found Andrew to be a wonderful manager. He was polite, friendly & professional. I would strongly recommend he be promoted or at the very least given a substantial raise. 5 stars for the management. Now as for the premises...Gorgeous! I walked the path down to the water each morning and found it simply stunning! I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfasts as well. The kind young fellow of Indian decent was just brilliant! He brought my breakfast to me as I have trouble getting around sometimes. He went out of his way to bring me a cappuccino and poached eggs with toast and sausage with orange juice. Now at this point I must interject my thoughts regarding the food. I was beyond impressed. The muscles were fantastic! It is also important to note the porter named Conor was wonderful bringing my bags to my room for me. Saving the best for last the young men who worked in the pub made me feel right at home with friendly banter and quick with a smile. Conner and Rory were the very picture of Irish hospitality!

Easy parking and the apartment was well appointed, and comfortable access to the waterfront was a pleasant walk and lived the neighborly cows and sheep. Glad to have a washing machine.

Location was central to everything, the pier, shops and church. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great for a quiet getaway with friendly staff. Fabulous food served and wonderful scenery, will definitely be back.

Was visiting the Aran Island & stayed two nights in Spiddal. It's a lovely village & very friendly & very good location to ferry port. Two pubs, one very good restaurant, Blath Fiain, a garage, convenience store. ALL very good. For us two nights was sufficient.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Beds were comfy and the curtains blocked out the light really well. The parking was abundant, free and literally in front of the property. The soft duvets and mattresses caressed us caringly as we slept through the night unaware of what awaited us in the morning. I went for a dip in the sea, which was freezing, and returned to the hotel expecting a sneaky little breakfast. I was wrong, the breakfast slapped so hard it made me start speaking Gaelic. The succulent scrambled eggs were perfect, as were the tantalisingly tasty grilled tomatoes, caramelised to perfection. The coffee was not remarkable, but the breakfast was gobsmackingly good. By the time the breakfast was done with me, I could barely utter a word in English and it took me all day to get back to normal. Would definitely return if I go in the area again, even if it's just to eat

If you needed a quiet spot or company it was all here, the scenery is enough to make you think you could be a poet, artist, adventurer, the locals were welcoming you to share their surroundings, the boats at the pier and lobster pots back from their early morning sailing. Along the street away from the sea note the historic buildings as the new builds blend in......

Geraldine our host was very welcoming, made us a cup of tea with biscuit on arrival. We were cycling the Wild Atlantic Way & Geraldina offered to drive us into Spiddal which was about 1.5 km for dinner. We did walk but as it was raining she came to try to find us on way back. So thoughtful. There was a nice lounge we could relax in & chat to other guests. Lots of information leaflets available for sightseeing & activities.

It’s a small village hotel. My room was single occupancy so was a small room with a single bed. It was sufficiently sized, clean and comfortable. Right in the village it’s really located as a stop off on a Connemara tour. Food in the restaurant was good value and tasty. Breakfast was delicious! Lovely staff and a genuine Irish welcome.

I just stayed one night but would highly recommend this B&B. The room was spotless and the bathroom was obviously newly renovated. The breakfast here was one of the best that I have had and the owner is very friendly and helpful. It's only a couple of minutes walk to the main street. A really good option for Spiddal.

The property was better in reality than the photos on the website, and the location was very handy to Spiddal. We had two small dogs and Patsy was very comfortable with having them stay - which made our stay so much better.
