A perfect stay by very welcoming hosts. Every comfort and need was addressed. Slept better here than at home. Should bottle jet lag. Ate what I wanted. Very delicious Yogurt. All the tea and coffee served all day as desired by Orna. We had to teach Meir exactly how to make my coffee. Alarms and sirens were no problem. Zipped down to the basement safe room twice. Iron Dome knows where a Hamas gift will try to land and stops it. Thus if something is aimed for the West of Tel Aviv, we do not get a siren. If aimed for Holon, we get the siren and the West of Tel Aviv sleeps. Meir was very informative and we watched CBS and ABC in English. When he watched Hebrew, he translated. Perfect English. And he was very concerned if I got in late or was not home when a siren went off.

The impression is that they read all the bad comments from other hotels and tried to make it right on their business. There is champagne in the entrance, free chocolate and water in the room. Bed is super comfortable, room is big and very clean. Towels are soft, shower is great. Air conditioner works like a charm, staff are always smiling. Breakfast is tasty and has many options. Elevator is big and fast. Location is great, you find everything in a walking distance.

Staff were so kind and talkative. We came here as a group for visiting Tel Aviv. And we really happy staying in this hotel, room is so cleaned, kind receptionists, free snacks and coffee, omg haven’t seen such a place like this many time around this area. We arrived in the middle of a holiday, late in the evening. The staff was exceptionally friendly throughout our stay. The room was extremely clean. Everybody was thoughtful and willing to help us with any problems even in the middle of the night. We were able to rent bicycles from the hotel and had a great time with them in Tel Aviv. Breakfast was not included with our room, but we ate at the restaurant in the hotel and had wonderful breakfast there. The food was excellent and - again - service super-friendly. It was awesome.

The location was perfect, you have everything you need in the hotel or 5 minute walk from it. The staff was so helpful and sweet I wish I could remember their names, but the younger one working the reception desk is awesome, so helpful!
