From the moment I got there the staff was excellent .. they were friendly and did whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable .. The front desk attendant TOMER and the rest of the staff always had a smile on their face. The Hotel was the first in Modiim and I look forward to returning back to it again ... The location is great, about a 5-6 minute walk to the mall and traun station. There is a small supermarket about 3 minutes away by foot. The Room is perfect. A comfortbale double bed. Small table, a patio outside. kitchen and bathroom. No cooking facilities. The Hosts are such wonderful people. Very helpful, very giving and attentive . they live next door. Nothing is too much. We stayed for just over 2 weks and had the room cleaned twice with change of towels. For a couple this is excellent

This hotel has been our home away from home in Jerusalem for years now, and it never disappoints! It's located in a quiet area, with a public (and free) parking lot just a couple of minutes on foot from the hotel; I'd suggest to have a car, because while there are a few restaurants nearby, if you want to go to Jerusalem city centre it's the best way. A big bonus of this hotel is the garden, an oasis of calm, beautiful in every season. The services and amenities are excellent and the staff goes out of their way to make guests feel home (thank you so much, we really feel part of the Alegra family!). Our favourite room is in the main building, with direct access to the garden (and when possible, the hotel accomodates our special request, like they did this time), but I can assure you that also the rooms in the building right opposite the street have the same beauty, unique style and another little garden (but guests are always welcome to come to the main building to enjoy the garden and the dining room/coffee corner). I highly recommend, at least one morning during your stay, to indulge in the rich, fresh and absolutely delicious breakfast (Israeli, with salad, bread, cheese, eggs, shakshuka... but you'll also find something if you prefer a sweet treat to start your day) - and the dining room is stunning and full of light, too!

We loved everything, especially the food and the picturesque biblical garden. The buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations, so much choice and everything super tasty! I was surprised that the tap water was drinkable. The staff were attentive and everybody was kind. I liked the smell of the cleaning products they use, the room felt fresh and lovely to enter to. Highly recommended place and we will come back!
