I stayed at Ramayana Grand Hotel Ayodhya and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the Shri Ram Mandir, which was the main reason for my visit. It is also close to other important sites such as Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal, and Saryu Ghat, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious, neat, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with proper amenities. Housekeeping did a good job each day, and the overall environment felt safe and calm. The staff were professional and welcoming. They were always available to answer questions and guided me with local tips about visiting temples and ghats. Their hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant served only vegetarian meals, which were fresh and hygienic. I enjoyed both local Awadhi dishes and regular North Indian options. During my stay, I also visited Guptar Ghat, Nageshwarnath Temple, and attended the evening Saryu Aarti, which was a wonderful spiritual experience. Overall, Ramayana Grand Hotel Ayodhya is a reliable choice for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience right in the heart of the city.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ayodhya International and had a truly wonderful experience. As a solo female traveler, safety was my top priority, and I’m happy to share that this hotel provided a very safe and secure environment throughout my stay. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, making sure all guests felt at home. The hotel is located near Rampath, right on the Sahadatganj Bypass which conveniently connects to the Ayodhya-Lucknow Highway, making travel easy and hassle-free. One of the best things about this hotel is that it offers easy access to all major attractions of Ayodhya – including Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, and more. Whether you are here for spiritual reasons or just to explore the heritage of Ayodhya, this hotel is a great base. The food here is another highlight – delicious, hygienic, and freshly prepared. You can really taste the local flavors, and the service is quick and courteous. What impressed me the most is that the hotel offers transportation facilities for guests, including pickups and drops to Ayodhya Cantt Station and the Ayodhya Bus Depot, which is a big convenience, especially for outstation travelers. Though it offers a luxurious and comfortable stay, the pricing is very reasonable – you get a luxury experience without paying a luxury price, which makes it totally worth the money. In short, if you're looking for a safe, comfortable, and value-for-money hotel in Ayodhya, I highly recommend Hotel Ayodhya International. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I was on a solo trip to Ayodhya and needed a place to stay for the night. I ended up staying here and had a great experience. The facilities were top-notch, and most importantly, it felt very safe — especially for a solo female traveler. The host was extremely helpful, guiding me on how to travel locally, even explaining the bus routes and stops. The room was super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place, especially for solo female travelers

    Very well managed access to Ram Janambhumi temple for visitors. It certainly helps to have advance booking for temple visit (free of cost "Sugam Darshan" booking). Nice views around Ram Ki Pairi Delicious street food. Ongoing infrastructure/construction work resulting in dusty and bumpy rides on city streets. For best experience visit during winter months (it was quite hot and humid during last week of Sept)

    Roads in Ayodhya are good from the airport to Temple.

    Roads in Ayodhya are good from the airport to Temple. After that road work is not completed. So not convenient to travel by tuk tuk for old people. Uber/ Ola service do not work as expected. My ride to airport was 216 Rs while drivers said they would not come below 500 Rs. So I had to pay it. Tuk tuk costed 100 rs even for a 300 meter ride (for old parents). The place is good one time watch. But be careful with old people. My favourite places were Ram Janma Bhoomi temple, Hanuman Garhi and Guptar ghat. We ate via zomato mostly pizza. Local food was too oily and spicy.

    Ram Temple is the superb. A must visit for every one. However, the city is not so clean. It is not the Government for this reason but public participation needed for which awareness creation is most important. In particular honking, it is terrific even with traffic. People should have sense or Govt should pass an order to remove the horns from the vehicles!!

    We went there in the month of June and faced with severe load shedding; min of 4 hours daily and we stayed for 3 days. Initially they told that it will be for 5-10 mins and they will run ac also for the comfort but upon payment, they refused. The condition of the bathroom was also not good, water got stagnant after a bath. On top of these, the attitude of the people there was horrible and we were lied to for any question asked. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST.

    Its a city of LORD RAMA. Excellent. Temple is under renovation. Its going to be one of the Seven Wonders of world if properly maintained about cleanliness for visitors. There is need to improve LORD HANUMAN Temple as well at HANUMANGARHI. Because as per Hindu mythology we cannot meed Lord Rama unless we do not get permission from LORD HANUMAN. So facilities at Hanuman Garhi Temple also need taken care of. JAI SITA RAM. JAI HANUMAN
