Mumbai has a different wibe. A charming city with different flavours. Not sure whether 100's of flyovers is a corerct solution to address the traffic issues - because 10-15 years ago, we could comfortably go around Mumbai with lesser chaos. Now, it is confusing and more traffic-jams. Ofcourse, roads need better care - its Financial Capital look is waning away.
