The hotel is located in surrounding the hills ranges with snow clad mountains. the river flows on one side with water from melted snows at the top of mountains. there is an apple orchard behind .. Beautiful lush green grass outside, the dining area is vast and well furnished. the services are great. and the rooms are kept impeccably clean and well furnished, and the rooms offer a spectacular view of mountains and jungles apple orchards around. we feel like as if we are in heaven, we loved the place,

Superb location within an Apple orchard. Definitely the best resort property anywhere around Sangla. The fact that it is right next to the flowing Baspa river, surrounded by towering snowcapped mountains, the sights are simply breathtaking sitting in the open patios next to our room. The evening bonfire for all the guests to meet up was a unique experience. We did get to meet many interesting people. We stayed in the main building, with a lovely room with a sit-out. The bed had electric warmers which was truly comfortable. And good hot water available at all times. We were impressed with the quality and variety of food on offer, and the resort definitely provides the atmosphere to enjoy every meal in the true lap of nature. The staff impressed us with their efficient and professional approach, as well as always service with a smile. Overall truly a very memorable experience of our stay at a very well managed resort in the middle of nowhere.

The location was easily accessible and very near to Kalpa town. The host Smt. Ambica was very polite and friendly. The room is very neat and the bed sheet ,blankets and bath towel they provided are neat and clean. The dinner & breakfast they served was very delicious. I strongly recommend this property for family travellers.
