I stayed in a beautiful and super clean double room for single use with indoor bathroom.Fan and AC,comfortable mattress and pillow. Free pick up from the train station. The staff is really nice and helpful.They dropped me off at the bus station by check-out for a very fair price. Best accommodation in India. Highly recommended

What a beautiful choice for our accommodation in Jaisalmer. The loving and respectful way they have brought back this magnificent building is to be proud of. Mixing heritage with modern amenities. -Exceedingly hospitable hosts. Jitendra went truly above and beyond in taking care of us. Breakfast was spectacular on the rooftop restaurant, and all the staff were super lovely. The room itself was spacious, well decorated, and clearly a lot of thought has been put into every single detail. Jaitendra also provided very helpful local tips, and suggested a few activities. We didn't feel pressured in any way. We ended up choosing their safari into the desert, with Mr Kabir Khan, who again provided exemplary service. Overall me and my partner would highly recommend staying at this place!

Golden Villa was so great, I will be dreaming to come back! Deepak is amazingly welcoming and knows everything in Jaisalmer. The hotel is located inside the fort and easily accessible (Deepak came to pick me up and helped me with my luggage anyway). I had the best sunset view over the city directly from my little balcony. Not to mention the rooftop giving panoramic views of the fort! I had a marvellous stay, thank you 🌞🐪

The location inside the fort was wonderful and the rooms were extremely nice and comfortable. The staff, particularly Deepak, were very helpful and took care of all our needs at any time of the day. In addition, they upgraded us to the best available rooms and suites they had open during our stay. Whenever I go back to Jaisalmer, this is where I will stay.

compared to the rest of the stays we had in india for the same price, this place proved to be a proper hotel. Included proper guidance from the hotel manager, prompt service, big and spacious room with clean sheets, multiple plugs, hot showers and a beautiful view to boot!

    Jaisalmer is well-known and rightly thought to be romantic.

    Jaisalmer is well-known and rightly thought to be romantic. There are lots of tourists-- the entire entrance to the great fort is mobbed by tourists and tourist shops and hustlers. Despite that, the magic of this desert city survives. It is a gem, beautiful beyond imagining. I hope we can return someday. The opportunity for a desert adventure-- jeep through the rocky paths, camel ride, dinner cooked over an open fire, the silence of the desert at night-- was delightful. Our driver, Ukka, was skilled and fun to be with.

    Jaisalmer is a dream city.

    Jaisalmer is a dream city. Full of charm and very friendly locals. Jaisalmer Fort is my favorite spot. The architecture, views from roof top and the food all are incredible. A must visit site in Rajasthan.

    The fort exceeded expectations. An amazing structure.

    The fort exceeded expectations. An amazing structure. The trip to the desert with camel trekking for a couple of nights was a good option. People are very friendly and everything is so colourful. The Haveli buildings and Jain temples are a must see. Tuk tuk travel around is easy and most things are walking distance.

    We are return visitors to Killa Bhawan. Beautifully situated inside the fort, it's a really special heritage hotel. Nothing is too much for the staff. Highly recommended for a visit to the fairytale yellow sandstone fort that is Jaisalmer. The Jain Temple complex is one of the three most highly regarded Jain sites in India, along with Mt Abu and Ranakpur.

    The hotel is beautiful or stunning finishings. It has a very nice rooftop pool and terrace where you can watch sunrise and sunset and have a great view of the fort. The hotel is more like a 4 or 5 star. It is in the perfect location close to the fort and it is quiet at night.

    Thakur ji palace jaisalmer is a stylishly decorated little hotel with excellent, modern amenities. I was feeling unwell when we reached Jaisalmer and it was the perfect place to rest in comfort. It is also wonderfully quiet, a block away from the main road.
