I booked this for my parents and 2 other folks joining them. Great start with reaching out trying to figure things like food restrictions and all out. As for my parents thoughts, they loved everything. From the location to the rooms, to the service. Clean bathrooms and clean property. Overall, highly recommended. Not much else I can add since I wasn’t there, but I felt no pressure as it seemed like parents their friends were in capable hands. Also useful that the communication was great and English wasn’t an issue (which in some places it can be making things harder to figure out).

The hotel was pretty descent and the people -WOW. The entrance was aesthetic and elegant enough to drag anyone’s way to it. Thought the cold winds we were welcomed with a hot beverage on entering. While the check in was being done I was delighted by the kids area and space enough to play badminton and others. The ambience really really was at its best. Not to forget the food being a top tier. The room make you feel warm and light lighted making you feel the natural vibe and comfort of home. The rooftop restaurant gives you a 360 view ranging from hills to sky to far off ways and more. We were also invited for bonfire right at the rooftop by the staff which is specially done for all guests .I even met the owner of hotel Mr.Bobby who was very friendly and genuine. He even assisted in the upgradation of our room. Overall the experience was amazing and its the view , over the bar. Unfortunately I was just a one nighter here but I have booked the hotel for 30th and 31st as where else will I want to spent the first day of 2024 as tranquil and peaceful.

Nothing… it was worst experience… the hotel wasn’t paradise inn it was himgiri something they r doing fraud with customers by calling them to pay in advance before check in .. when we reached there it was not as it was showing on internet.. bathrooms weren’t clean even handwash wasn’t there very very bad hotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    Excellent stay and upkeep by the owner. The whole villa is spacious and luxurious. Food served is delicious. Haven't been in such a value-destination. Plus it is close to Chandigarh as well making it quite accessible. Deserved 5 star review.

    Booking amounts and property discrimination on its app are fraudulent n misleading.Does not reflect hidden costs.Now on wards I won't book through the Booking.com.My last12 years faith in Booking .com was shattered.

    It’s a fraud.

    It’s a fraud. On the booking they say no prepayment needed, free cancellation blah blah. But right after booking the property owner(or liar) reached out to me and asked me to pay Rs 10000 to their personal account to keep my booking confirmed. When I mentioned I will do so but via booking.com portal only, he said completely NO. They wanted payment to their bank account which is not mentioned on booking.com. They are completely fraud. I did not make any payment and cancelled the booking.

    It was indeed a great experience .The property has a mesmerizing natural view. The staff is courteous and food is sumptuous. Weather is superb and the terrace garden adds to the serenity of the property. Night view from the balcony and the terrace is amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay Keep it up 👍

    The location is away from the main Kasauli area so it was quiet and peaceful. The valley view was mesmerizing with hills as far as the eyes could see. Dilip and Vijay took good care of me and met all my requests. Food was delicious. Lovely stay.
