There is no Uber service and the Ola cabs keep cancelling the trip after you tell them the destination, probably they are looking for longer trips. There are no cabs available at the airport and even the Ola guy asked for double the fare , when I refused to pay him , he cancelled the trip. Best location. very close to temple yet it is quite place. But kolhapur as a city is getting spoiled badly by illegal migrants and may be some Rohingya Community has made in roads in the city. Very dangerous. I love Kolhapur as I have educated and started my career here. But it is no more the same place as i have seen before.
