We've had a really nice long stay here. The owner is very welcoming and provides good care for all the guests. The receptionist is so helpful and friendly. The building is new and modern together with very clean rooms and furniture. Cleaning service, new towels with bedsheets/linens are provided easily. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed and I definitely can recommend it here! The rooms were designed well so that they get ventilated enough. We never had to worry about moisture or mold at all thanks to that. This is very important in the tropics! We've used a powered mosquito repellent at nights and never had issues with mosquitos when sleeping. The hotel location is very safe and quiet. Solo traveling women stay here comfortably. There are rooms available both with single beds or double beds. The beds were comfortable. Hot water gets heated up so fast that it's always available. The wardrobes are big enough for families. There are ceiling fans available also in the balconies.

Loved the restaurant! Delicious food! It was also fun being able to go and use the pool at the sister property a 5 minute drive away. Lovely lovely staff thank you so much! We also loved our samosas for our train ride delicious!

We chose this place for the balcony view and it did not disappoint. Stunning location at the end of the beach. 5 mins walk from the lighthouse. Good, clean basic rooms and Sam the owner is super helpful.

I had a great stay here. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and shopping/restaurant area. All staff took pride in maintaining the outside area including the pool and the room was spacious and clean. The man on reception was friendly and helpful. The wifi worked perfectly. I was so content that I extended my stay.

I was very happy with my recent stay at this hotel and felt it was excellent value for my money. The hotel is very close to the beach with good onsite parking.The room with beautiful and spacious balcony was spotlessly clean and cozy . The bed was very comfortable with good quality linens that made for restful nights. The bathroom was very clean with good quality toiletries. The staff especially Baby went above and beyond, ensuring I had everything I needed and always greeting me with a warm smile. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

    There’s crazy traffic on the roads - no rules, no traffic lights (maybe just one!), yet no crashes, no accidents, and no pedestrians getting run over! 🤪 There are lots good fish restaurants, but sanitation is still questionable.

    Compared to Varkala I found it easy.

    Compared to Varkala I found it easy. It’s well geared-up for Europeans and the shopping is great. However, it’s a small place so ten days was far too long for me to be there. On the whole it is cheaper than Varkala and although dangerous for swimming, it is manageable, unlike Varkala where I was unable to actually swim for five days

    2 or 3 days is enough for a short break in the beach area as its quite small.Nice restaurants and shops,beach and sea clear.Sun loungers and parasols cheap for the day .Street sellers can be pushy and too many but they just trying to get business.

    Good place to visit but stay in the hotels on the main road. Enjoy sea food in the restaurants on the beach. The beach needs clean up of rubbish. The best place to eat was Lonely Planet and Jeevan restaurant for beer and food.

    Kovalam is a nice beach.

    Kovalam is a nice beach. I had visited this place almost 40 yrs back as a kid but this time was a difference experience altogether. It is great if you are able to hire a car here and then move around. The experience from lighthouse on the lighthouse beach is something unique. The beach itself is nice and clean and you do get beds at INR 100 where you can rest and put your clothes while you take a small dip in the sea. In case you are looking for vegetarian food, the options are less but not non-existent. Overall a very nice stay.

    The hotel is walkable from the beach and the lighthouse and is the best place to stay if you want to stay close to the beautiful beach. The hotel is very clean & all our requests were sincerely & immediately catered to.. the staff is super nice & very friendly, who are always on their toes to help you. When we wanted to extend our Stay, they happily got it done There's a very good wifi if you are working (or anything similar). If anyone is planning to stay in kovalam for a few days this is the place I recommend them

    Ganesh Ayurveda Bed and Breakfast was a lovely relaxing hotel set in the beautiful Kerala countryside just outside Kovalam. Murugan, our host, was very welcoming and attentive and did all that he could to make it an enjoyable healthy holiday. He arranged some amazing Ayurveda treatments for my partner and myself, and it was good to swim in the pool and relax in the sun! Breakfast was hearty and delicious, fruit followed by dosa, with choice of drinks. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday.
