They need to arrange a certificate for booking the foreigners guest . Today they don’t have it and booking.com should be inform this information in their site as well. Unfortunately, I booked this hotel and but I could not stay there as they said they cannot confirm my booking after they saw my passport. Anyway, I will manage another hotel to stay in the kolkata

    Toilet was in deplorable dirty state, no drinking water, no hot water kettle, no drinking glasses, no sitting chairs, very dirty and torn pillows, room fan was filthy with accumulated dust, only 1 towel supplied, no hand towels, no daily soap, no shampoo, drawers and cupboard insides dirty, dustbin dirty, commode dirty, toilet window filthy....overall a hotel not worthy of any appreciation.

    The staffs were good and very active but the room is not as shown in the booking page and very very small. Lift is also not working. I must say this is overpriced. Bathroom is also very very small and not worthy. If yiu are travelling with family, dont book here.

    No flexibility available , no proper services. Rooms and washroom were small , lights were not in working condition. Breakfast served was cold , did not serve hot and charged extra for parking and service charges. Bad experience
