I stayed at Lakshmi Villa in Hampi recently and had a good experience. The owners live downstairs and were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. They also offer home-cooked meals, which are simple and tasty — you can opt in for them if you like. Since I was travelling alone, safety was important for me, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease here. They even helped me find a two-wheeler rental, which made exploring Hampi a lot easier. There’s proper vehicle parking too, which is a plus. Overall, it felt like staying at a place that genuinely cares about its guests — warm, safe, and easy. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in this area.

Little paradise nearby Hampi ! The staff is lovely and very helpful if you need rickshaw or order any food in the city. You can also let your luggage after your check-out and coming back to enjoy the common areas, especially if you have to wait for your next transportation (night train or bus). Good vibes only !

Everything that one could have imagined about the Homestay is found at Namitha Homestay. Location, comfort, food, hospitality and above all the Host couple. They are extremely simple, always ready to help, warm and kind souls. The location is apt, just 2kms away from Hampi. So you can take a break in between your day tour, visit the homestay, rest for sometime and resume again. The food prepared and served with such a loving gesture is being greatful for.
